Our Philosophies

Fundamentally, we believe they every kid should love who they are and deserves to feel awesome.

We believe that every kid wants to feel good about themselves. We believe that making people feel good leads to others making us feel good, and that that feels good!! (And yes, this is a whopping generalization but we aren’t getting into details here!)

We believe that if a kid could do well, they would!!! Sometimes it’s just not easy and you want a little help.

We believe that the world is a better place because it is diverse.

We believe that neurodivergent individuals are equal, awesome, and capable.

We believe that kids and adults should get to choose to come to groups and that they should choose the goals they work on as soon as they are able to.

We believe in communication and transparency.

We believe that parents, caregivers, family members, and educators  are key to lifting up and supporting their kids (and their kids’ choices) and that we can help facilitate this with team work, transparency, and celebrating the wins.

We believe that kids, and their parents if needed, should choose when to start and when to stop, groups.

We believe that providing a safe, welcoming, neuro diversity affirming, everyone is awesome non-judgmental clinic is part of what makes us different and is why we got into this field in the first place.

Our intentions are to listen, to help, to adapt, and to provide individualized care to those who we can deliver services to.

We believe in science and evidenced-based practice. We strive to stay on top of the research and best methods and we change and adapt as needed.
