Our Team

Jenny is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has specialized in helping clients feel better about themselves for almost two decades. She has worked for and trained with leaders in the field such as Michelle Winner, the founder of Social Thinking, and has spoken at conferences in the USA and Canada. Jenny believes kids learn best when they’re having fun. When she’s not at work, you can find her hanging out with her own three kids on the North Shore- typically skiing, paddle boarding, exploring beaches and trails, or riding bikes.

Leon is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has worked in the lower mainland for a decade with local leaders in the field. He loves working with kids and their families over long periods and to watch those clients making huge leaps. In groups, Leon loves to come up with awesome science projects that kids love, and is always open to learning about special interests and fun facts.  Outside of work, he enjoys cars, hands-on building projects, and blues music.

Nikki is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who holds a Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the Sage Colleges in New York. She is also a licensed therapist in the Early Start Denver Model.She has over 10 years experience working with a variety of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, obtaining her supervision from East Vancouver Behaviour Analysis under Kathryn Theroux, MS, BCBA, RCC. Nikki has worked to support children and their families across a number of different settings, ranging from early intervention to school aged children and teens. Nikki has been running social groups for 4 years and loves to make meaningful connections with her kids and their parents. Nikki loves to wow her groups with creative art projects and is also awesome and building motivation for job readiness skills.  Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her own family and her puppy.

Taylor is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been working with kids and their families since 2017 across a number of settings ranging from early intervention to school-age kids and adults.  She excels at making sure kids are always motivated to come to group, even when others haven’t been able to. Taylor is awesome at listening to her clients and following their lead. When Taylor isn’t at work, she’s hanging with her little guy (and soon another).

Clara is an aide in many of our Social Groups and during our 'Parent Talk Time'. Clara is studying to be a Registered Clinical Counselor. When she isn't studying or working, Clara loves to travel, be in the wilderness, and hang out with friends. Clara excels at building relationships with kids and she knows how to play every game in the clinic!
